Keeping your feet healthy and pain-free can be difficult, even if you’re doing everything the right way…
In fact, we get emails from subscribers almost every day, asking about this very thing.
But it doesn’t have to be so tough…
…because there are simple, effective things that you can start doing right now to make those pains feel so much better.
So, I thought today…I’d share my two best tips with you directly!
And once you’ve made these a part of your routine, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without them!
Roll Away the Pain
This one is an easy (and free) massage for the bottoms of your feet — all you’ll need is a golf ball or a tennis ball.
Start by removing your shoes. Then, roll each foot over your ball of choice for a minute or two.
Now, this one may sound strange — but trust me, this easy trick can make a huge difference for your feet.
Because by massaging your feet this way, you’ll be:
Shoe Shop in The Afternoon
Worried about your shoes being too tight? Well, the next time you go shopping for a pair, make sure you do it in the afternoon.
This is because your feet tend to expand throughout the day, so measuring your shoe size in the afternoon will give you a much more accurate number.
This will help eliminate that tight feeling that can make some pairs uncomfortable and minimize any swelling.
(Extra Tip: Measure your feet while standing up; and always try on both shoes. If one fits larger than the other, buy the size that fits best on the bigger foot.)
And there they are!
Now, it’s important to note — if you feel any severe pain while doing the foot massage or standing to get your feet measured — it could be a sign of a more serious problem…
If you find that to be the case, consult with a specialist as soon as possible.
So, give these a try — because these simple tricks can really work wonders and bring a soothed feeling to your sore feet.
